Linda's story: "I would like to say a big thank you to Karen for making a driver out of me. I decided to take driving lessons a bit late in life at 58 years of age, I was missing out on so much not being able to drive, I did a search on Google for a female instructor in Nottingham and up popped Venus Driver Training. Karen sat by my side for one and half years. I was an extremely nervous pupil, Karen would have to repeat herself time and time again until I understood things, she would sit with her sketch board and patiently tell me until it sank in. Karen is just a brilliant driving instructor. Finally in April of this year at the end of one of my lessons Karen said, 'You're test ready', it took me three attempts, but on the 27th Sept this year I passed!! And on 28th Sept I drove myself to work for the first time ever!
I am soooooo happy.
Thank you so much Karen, you are the best and I would recommend Venus to anyone, young or old, male or female, you've been brilliant and because of you I can now live my life to the full, thank you."

Laura's Story: "I started lessons in May 2009 as a very nervous inexperienced learner driver but here I am in February 2010 as a much more confident driver; meaning I was able to pass my test on the first attempt. Driving lessons with Venus were always comfortable and any mistakes I made were treated as a learning curve rather than something to be embarrassed about - something I feel is crucial when learning to drive. The lessons took a good pace and I always felt my skills were being developed and refined yet I never felt rushed. Venus would like to say a big well done to all of the pupils that have passed their tests. The success started in 2005 when our female instructor began the history of a great pass rate with a first time test pass. That pupil now has nearly 6 years driving experience to date and Venus have a wealth of experience to carry on getting great results. You might feel nervous about the first lesson but you'll soon be a confident and relaxed driver, when you learn with Venus.
